The council had a need to update the existing Beach Entry Signs with particular emphasis on:

• Re-formatting the information and graphic elements in an orderly manner so as to be pleasing to the eye and methodical in the display principles applied.
• Exploring options to improve the hardware of the display in terms of size, dimensions and proportions to create a stronger sign presence that drew from more modern design trends.

After research of codes, regulations and statutory obligations, Icon creations applied our expertise in concept, graphic and industrial design in a staged development and approval process. We engaged with the client at strategic milestones so as to work through the various checks and stakeholder issues to assist with decision making.

The client was extremely pleased with the resulting designs and options presented.
